The Melbourne Mentoring Club is a professional women’s network designed to connect ambitious women with experienced mentors in a relaxed and inclusive environment.
As women, finding professional developmental support can be challenging. Either it’s simply not there, it’s too expensive, or it disappears soon after we enter the workforce…and long before we’re moving toward more senior roles.
Melbourne Mentoring Club (MMC) is changing that.
MMC proactively supports the career development of women in meaningful and measurable ways. We provide mentoring and career guidance for women who want a meaningful career on their terms.
Our Story
Founded by passionate professionals, our club was born from a desire to see women supporting women.
We are women who have built careers and established a network of like-minded women who are keen to see the next generation flourish. We want to see females achieve success, overcome the imposter syndrome and thrive in their professional lives.
Over shared meals and open conversations, our members gain invaluable career insights, guidance, and lasting friendships.
